- Type of space. Medical clinics and food-service kitchens need more detailed protocols than a standard professional office, and that affects time and product cost.
- Access hours. After-hours or early-morning cleans sometimes carry a small premium versus daytime access.
- Restroom count. Restrooms take disproportionately more time than open floor space.
Rough Nanaimo market ranges

- Exactly what is included on each visit, and what costs extra?
- Do you supply products and equipment, or do we?
- Will the same crew clean our space each time?
- Did you see the space before quoting, or is this a guess?
