Q: Do you do carpet cleaning?
A: Vacuum only as part of a standard move-out. For carpet shampooing or steam extraction, we coordinate with a specialty carpet cleaning sub or can refer you to one.
Q: Can you clean while the unit still has furniture?
A: For best results we recommend the unit be empty. If furniture remains, we’ll clean around it — but the price stays the same and uncleaned-around areas remain the tenant’s responsibility.
